2025 St Pete’s Boat Show

Join Sandy Hook Yachts down at the St Pete’s Boat Show January 16th-January 19th 2025. We are extremely excited to display our Sabre 43 Salon Express AND our Sabre 48 Salon Express! We will also have a great line up of Southport boats with a center console in the 30 FE for the fisherman and the STUNNING 33 DC from Southport that is the perfect family day boat!

The St. Petersburg Power and Sailboat Show will take place at the Duke Energy Center for the Arts Mahaffey Theater Yacht Basin and Albert Whitted Park in St. Petersburg, FL. Ramp 1-C

Sabre:

Sabre 43 Salon Express:
The Sabre 43 is a blank-sheet design that remains true to her Downeast heritage without stinting on modernization and innovation. She boasts a sleek new mast design, expansive fixed-glazed windows, and sloping deck rails, all of which contribute to her striking nouveau-vintage silhouette. Owners will appreciate her contemporary Downeast proportions, with sweeping lines and fresh angles contained in a vessel that, nevertheless, remains recognizably a Sabre. 

Highlights include a spacious salon with two banks of seating over six feet in length and a half-up galley that incorporates all the amenities of a modern kitchen without wasting an inch of precious storage volume. Below deck, a versatile hybrid lounge functions as guest berth, private retreat, or home office, depending on her owners’ needs. Her master stateroom is iconic Sabre, featuring an island berth and numerous storage compartments, all in warm American cherry. Finally, an adaptable utility room beneath the salon sole provides space for various supplemental storage and appliance solutions, including a side-by-side washer and dryer, wine cooler, or storage lockers. 

Beneath her classic appearance, owners will discover the technology and features of a much larger yacht. The new 43 Salon Express will be the first full-network Sabre below 58-feet. As a result, owners can not only check critical functions and control any circuit on the boat from either the helm MFDs or iPad mini but also control the “mode of operation” or “scene” – setting the lighting and circuit configuration of the boat with the simple touch of a button.

Sabre 48 Salon Express:
The 48 Salon Express has a traditional exterior profile that belies her contemporary performance. She cruises at 27 knots and, and at wide open throttle, she’ll attain more than 32 knots. Pod drives and joystick controls give every owner-operator the confidence to dock her in the most difficult of circumstances, and remarkably low sound levels while underway allow for a more pleasant experience while cruising.

Featuring a standard configuration of two cabins and two heads, the 48 Salon Express is supplemented by a utility space forward of the engine room that can be laid out as additional crew quarters. Designed with our customers in mind, her galley-down layout doesn’t compromise on space and light, making food and drink preparation a pure pleasure. Unique to the Sabre 48 design, her master berth and en-suite head have an athwartships orientation, allowing for flat cabin sole on all side of the spacious island queen. 

Southport:

Southport 30 FE
The 30 FE offers the best of both worlds by combining a large on-deck feel and offshore capabilities in a mid-sized center console package. The new design increases space on deck and adds modern touches to the layout. The 30 FE offers increased aft and forward cockpit space for fishing and entertaining, with some all new features including insulated transom fish-box (in addition to the classic in-deck fishboxes), newly designed mezzanine seating, rear swim decks, and an even more comfortable console interior.

Southport 33 DC
The Southport 33 Dual Console is designed on the proven platform of the Southport 33 with the added amenities for the owner whose focus is family cruising and entertainment. The DC remains true to the fishing DNA heritage of Southport and she delivers the exceptionally dry, safe and economical performance of much larger cruisers. Enjoy a day of relaxing, swimming viewing the sunset, or make a longer trip to a favorite island with no worries about the ride home, even when the ocean turns angry.
