Sandy Hook Yacht Sales announced today a merger with Gulf Shores Marina of Naples, Florida. The agreement will have the two companies merge their operations and resources over the coming month.
Gulf Shores Marina is a marine service and hauling center operated by the Main family in southwest Florida for decades. The company specializes in Mercury service and is also a distributor for the Power-Pole product. Gulf Shores Marina operates from its single location at 2072 Davis Blvd in Naples.
Gulf Shores Marina’s founders and current staff will continue to provide services to the Naples boating community while also expanding into service work for Sandy Hook’s brands such as Back Cove, Starcraft, and Southport.
The merged company will be operated by the current managing partners of Sandy Hook Yachts, Matthew Cini and Daniel Furnback.
